Doktora eğitiminiz boyunca program kaydıyla başlayan ve tezinizi teslim edip ilişik kesme işlemlerinizle sonuçlanan tüm süreçlerde Enstitü Öğrencisi, Tez Danışmanı, Anabilim Dalı ve Enstitü arasındaki iletişim aşağıda yer alan formlar aracılığı ile sağlanmaktadır. Bu bakımdan formların eksiksiz doldurulması, varsa eklerinin hazırlanması ve formlarla beraber Enstitüye ulaştırılması bu iletişimin sağlıklı bir şekilde gerçekleşmesini sağlayacaktır. Formlar geri bildirimleriniz ve ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda güncellenmektedir. Bu nedenle kullandığınız formların güncel olduğunu kontrol ediniz. Ayrıca yüksek lisans eğitiminizdeki süreçlerin ayrıntılarına akış diyagramları linkinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

During your PhD education, communication between the Graduate School Student, Thesis Supervisor, Department and the Graduate School, in all processes that begin with program registration and end with the submission of the thesis and initiating the termination process, is provided through the forms below. In this regard, filling out the forms completely, preparing the attachments (if any), and delivering them to the Graduate School together with the forms will ensure that this communication takes place properly. Forms are updated in line with your feedback and needs. Therefore, check that the forms you are using is up to date.
